Email and SMS campaigns for a home inspection business
Two lists matter in this trade and most inspectors keep neither: past clients and agents.
The past client list is money sitting idle. Every buyer you inspected for is a candidate for an 11 month warranty inspection before the builder warranty expires, and almost nobody reminds them. Set that reminder to fire automatically in month eleven with the price and a booking link. Older houses get a different note: a maintenance inspection at the four or five year mark, radon retests every two years, and a sewer scope reminder for anyone whose line had roots.
The agent list is a short monthly email, not a newsletter. One paragraph: your availability for the next two weeks, one interesting find with a photo, and your scheduling link. Send it the first Tuesday of the month. Fifteen minutes, and it is why your name comes up in the group chat when someone asks for a recommendation.
SMS handles the operational side: confirmations, reminders, report ready notices. Keep marketing texts to the past client list and keep them rare.
